Welcome!
Glendale Church is a growing community of Christians. Our vision is To glorify God and, with his help, to do all we can to extend His Kingdom on earth. Currently without its own building, the emphasis is on the Church as a worshipping community. Leadership is shared and we employ a part-time administrator and a full-time youth worker: we have a couple who take responsibility for leadership of the pastoral ministry. Members are encouraged to develop their gifts and contribute to the life of the Church. All of this means that it is not easy for newcomers to see its structures and understand how it works! There is a handbook available for anyone to read and find out more about us, though the best way to become familiar with the Church is to commit to attending a few Sunday mornings and to engaging people in conversation. You are also very welcome to request a visit from one of the leaders.
